North Brabant black metal two-piece Doodswens have announced the release of their debut full-length album «Lichtvrees», after a self-titled demo in 2019 and a split with Adversarius in 2020. The upcoming record, whose title translates to something like “fear of light” comes billed as a “highly conceptual work which deals with life and death, reaching enlightenment and fulfillingthe symbolical ‘death wish« that Doodswens represents.” The album’s oepener, «In mijn Bloed», can be heard below below through a video by Danny Mill, with production by Diginaat.
