Prolific Australian one-man band Nekrasov is about to release its first full-length through Prosthetic Records. «The Mirror Void» is the band’s seventh overall LP in a discographic career spanning now ten years and more than two dozen releases when splits, collaborations and EPs are (rightfully) taken into account. The new offering follows last year’s full-length «Negative Temple», where harsh black metal stood side by side with ambient and noise soundscapes. Judging by the first track of the new record, «Whatever pleases you, keeps you back», which you can stream below, this time around Nekrasov is focusing on a more Darkspace esque type of atmospheric black metal.
«The Mirror Void» is set for release on November 10 via Prosthetic Records. Pre-orders are available through Nekrasov’s bandcamp, where a good chunk of its discography can be found and acquired through a “name your own price” system.
