Incendiary punk / grime duo Bob Vylan have announced the release of their next full-length will take place in 2022. The album, entitled «Bob Vylan Presents The Price Of Life» will be out through the band’s own label, which they explain is motivated by wanting “to release music that we feel is missing. Music that speaks directly to our lived experiences. Music not bound, gagged or controlled by record labels and individuals that want us to “tone it down a little.” WE DON’T TONE DOWN!” Rightfully so, as you can see below in the album’s latest single, «GDP», whose video was directed by Bobby Vylan and shot and edited by LX Wavy. The song itself features additional guitars by Laurent Barnard of Gallows.
The upcoming album was produced, recorded, and mixed by the band, with mastering handled by Kevin Tuffy. It further features additional bass by Bobby Benhtam of Strange Bones on «Take That» and both Josh and Jon Skints of The Skints in «Health Is Wealth».

The above «GDP» is not the only single known from «Bob Vylan Presents The Price Of Life». It’s not like they dropped two songs all at once or anything, but if you recall, last September we wrote here about a new Bob Vylan single entitled «Pretty Songs», which had then been released in digital format only. Luckily for all of us, that banger of a track will be part of the new album.
«Bob Vylan Presents The Price Of Life» is set for release on April 22, 2022, via Ghost Theatre on cassette, cd, digital, and vinyl formats. Pre-orders can be found here.
