Son of Seth, the project that comes self-described as an exploration of the dark “in ritualised catharsis through haunting themes of desperation and exorcism of mind and soul,” will soon release its first album, after a self-titled EP. Entitled «De Dor a Odio» (from pain to hatred), it once again features cover art by JFK, was mixed by Son of Seth, with recording and mastering done by Lasse Ballade at Ballade Studios. Instead of the usual press release, the album comes accompanied by a piece of bleak poetry, which you can read at the pre-orders link. Before all that, album opener «Tortured Sight» and its follow-up, the pulsating and asphyxiating «Festering Chains», can be heard below.
«De Dor a Odio» is set for release on February 11 through Trepanation Recordings on cassette, cd, and digital formats. Pre-orders can be found here.
