As previously reported here, doom legends Saint Vitus will release an eponymous album on the coming May, the second on their four-decade long career. Like its 1984 counterpart, «Saint Vitus» features original Vitus singer Scott Reagers on vocals, who has returned for his third stint with the band. After unveiling «12 Years In The Tomb» when announcing the album (see the aforementioned report), they’ve now released «Bloodshed», which you can hear below.

«Saint Vitus» is set for release on May 17 through Season Of Mist on cd, digital, and vinyl formats. Pre-orders are available at this location. The album will be presented live during an European tour taking place on April and May alongside Dopelord, whose dates can be seen below.
